About the role
- The NFL Digital Media Technical Operations team is seeking a coordinator to assist with supporting digital apps and platforms.
- This person will be expected to immerse themselves within the details of all digital products and become a communication hub for operational activities.
Responsibilities
- Clubs preseason live game support, live stream validation, monitoring, triage, escalation, and platform checks.
- Validate and check CTV, mobile, tablet and web devices for live streaming of games and shows supporting content and advertising requests.
- Duties will also include answering messages sent into NFL.com by fans, which requires knowledge about how the site feature's function. Offer fans in-depth tier 2 technical support on own and operated products.
- Provide support to our direct-to-consumer such as NFL+ and Digital products by processing subscription renewals, refunds, and cancellations.
- Use several databases, portals, and consoles to perform personal information functions such as processing deletion and access requests.

Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience coordinating and supporting digital products in a sports entertainment, digital, media or related industry
- Must be able to work all NFL Game Days, including Preseason, Regular Season and Playoffs, in-office.
- Must be able to work on holidays (e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's).
- Strong knowledge of sports and digital sports products
- Excel as a relationship builder, with the ability to influence
Nice to have
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in business, marketing, communications, computer science, or related field is preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and programs
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Avid interest and knowledge of NFL football
- Excels collaborating with team
- 7-month employment period, 40 hours/week expected

Skills
- Focus will be on live video streaming experiences on web browsers, mobile phone, tablet and connected tv apps on game days.
