Responsibilities
- You'll manage complex interview loops, multi-timezone calendars, last-minute changes, and ensure every interviewer and candidate is fully prepared.
- You'll maintain clean data, accurate candidate stages, organized templates, and consistent documentation.
- People Ops & Onboarding Support: Support onboarding coordination and assist with HR administrative workflows during hiring surges, partnering closely with our HR Ops lead.
- Strong operational instincts (you naturally build systems, templates, and repeatable workflows)
