create demand, generate pipeline, and find the repeatable growth loops that will take SaaS Manager from high-potential bet to scaled business.
You'll own new logo demand gen and cross-sell expansion strategy - end-to-end - partnering with Product, PMM, Revenue Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Web, and Sales to sharpen positioning, unlock pipeline, and build the marketing engine this business needs to scale.
Regularly build & run AI agents to automate the repetitive, amplify the creative, and free yourself to focus on the strategy that moves the needle.

8+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, with a track record of building programs from the ground up.
Strong understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS growth metrics including ARR, pipeline generation, product adoption, retention, and expansion.

USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $150,000 USD and $218,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time
