About the role

  • This role is responsible for maintaining project hygiene, supporting tooling and reporting standards, and ensuring consistent day‑to‑day progress across active Applications initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and project manage small, clearly defined projects end-to-end
  • Support day‑to‑day execution to maintain momentum across active initiatives
  • Escalate and support course correction of at-risk projects
  • Own reporting hygiene across Asana and FullStory, ensuring updates are timely, accurate, and consistent
  • Maintain and update project status documentation, dashboards, and tracking artifacts
  • Intake, Queues & Prioritization Support
  • Manage the OE enhancements queue, including intake coordination, status tracking, and prioritization support

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in project management, operations, or a coordination role
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana (or similar)

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000, depending on location and experience.

  • The Project Manager provides execution and operational support for the Data Cloud Applications team. This role is responsible for maintaining project hygiene, supporting tooling and reporting standards, and ensuring consistent day‑to‑day progress across active Applications initiatives. The position partners closely with Applications leadership to improve visibility, reinforce processes, support prioritization and delivery of well‑scoped work, and support collaboration and accountability with other teams at Zeta.
