About the role
- This position will be responsible for maintaining the facilities and infrastructure of a chilled water plant.
- They will report to the Facilities Manager and will be responsible for the reliability and efficiency of operations.
- The position will be a dayshift position, and responsible for after-hours calls during the week and weekends if the need arises.
Responsibilities
- Experience in team building, coaching and succession planning for technicians.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and building code
- Matching gifts and volunteer programs to support causes you care about
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of relevant work experience
- 0-1 years of experience in maintenance leadership
- Experience with automation and robotic recovery is required.
- Experience performing trouble shooting and root cause analysis
- Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic Knowledge of OSHA code
- Basic knowledge of motor controls
- Good knowledge of CMMS systems
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
