Responsibilities

  • As a Full-Stack Developer at Implicit, you will work closely with our data science and product teams to build the next-generation AI product support platform.
  • Help to develop various backend services in Java, Spring Boot, Python, FastAPI, Postgres, Docker.
  • Maintain high quality code by focusing on Test-Driven Development, using Playwright, Vitest, React Testing Library, test agents.
  • Work closely with the product team to implement designs and ensure that they are fully optimized across all platforms and browsers.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and learn from team members.
  • Participate in building world-class products and applications for our leading-edge AI platform.
  • Ability to work async, on your own terms.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of full stack development.
  • Proficiency in React, Typescript, and backend development.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
  • Knowledge of test frameworks such as Playwright and Vitest.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows (GitHub, GitLab, etc.).
  • Ability to translate designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect user interfaces with a strong understanding of user experience best practices.
  • Excellent team player with strong written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, especially with remote or cross-functional teams.
  • This position requires US Citizens residing currently in the US due to government work
  • Preferred qualifications

Nice to have

  • Experience with backend development in Java or Python.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
  • Some experience with agentic development frameworks, such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAgents SDK.
