Lookout Tavern is excited to announce an opening for a Restaurant Shift Manager / Keyholder to join our dynamic team!
In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing restaurant operations during your shifts, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
As a keyholder, you'll be entrusted with opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash flow, and ensuring security protocols are followed.

Manage daily operations effectively, ensuring optimal guest experiences throughout every shift.
Train, develop, and motivate the front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service.
Collaborate with management on staff scheduling and operational improvements.

At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant setting, preferably as a keyholder.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
