  • Be responsible for the team's quality of work, productivity, and actions.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between internal teams, clients, consultants, and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) to ensure project clarity, alignment, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Supervising direct reports is a key responsibility of this job.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university and 8 or more years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Or a minimum of 10 years of professional experience is required.
  • Master's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering, or similar discipline, can substitute up to 1 year of work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role is preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is strongly preferred.
