- The registered nurse promotes positive patient outcomes, quality of care and initiates change through active involvement in unit-based and hospital shared- governance councils.
- National Professional Nursing Standards serve as guidelines for the registered nurse as he/she utilizes critical thinking skills and exercises appropriate nursing judgment.
- This unit has great nurse to patient ratios.
Responsibilities
- The registered nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
Nice to have
- Previous Emergency Department experience is preferred but new graduate nurses are welcome.
