About the role

At Hadrian, the workplace is a critical enabler of speed, focus, and execution.
This role focuses on the environments where our people work every day, including offices, shared spaces, physical security, and non machine related workplace infrastructure at manufacturing sites.

Design and rapidly build the workplace services org, including office operations, facilities coordination, physical security, and site support roles.
Hire, onboard, and develop a high performing team capable of executing day to day operations at scale.
Oversee workplace infrastructure at manufacturing sites that supports employees, including offices, meeting rooms, break areas, and common spaces.
Partner closely with IT, Security, and EHS on access requirements, incident response coordination, and site readiness.
Step in as needed to support execution while the team is being built, without becoming the long term executor.
Relocation support may be provided for certain situations, based on business need.

Significant proven experience in workplace services, facilities management, office operations, physical security, or related functions with increasing leadership scope.
Strong track record of overseeing multi site workplace programs rather than personally executing long term.
Ability to move quickly from zero to structure while prioritizing what matters most.
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

For this role, the target salary range is $155,000 - $205,000 (actual range may vary based on experience and performance).
This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
