Responsibilities
- You treat a submission deadline as a hard line, not a suggestion - and you build your workflow around it
Nice to have
- Manage bid responses from intake to submission - reviewing solicitation documents, coordinating required materials, and ensuring every RFI, RFQ, and RFP goes out accurate and on time
- Catch and resolve discrepancies, compliance gaps, and documentation issues early, taking ownership of each assigned opportunity through successful submission
- Track multiple active bids simultaneously, managing competing deadlines without letting accuracy or compliance slip
- 2-3 years of experience in bid/proposal coordination, contracts administration, pricing, sales operations, procurement, or a closely related business function.
- Strong working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
Compensation
- $25k-$35k
