Requirements
- Seven (7) or more years of progressive HSE experience in upstream oil and gas.
- Experience supporting contractor management and multi-site operations.
- Knowledge of wireline and coiled tubing operations.
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable state regulations (Texas Railroad Commission, New Mexico OCD, etc., as applicable).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HSE reporting systems.
- Experience
- Minimum of three years supporting workover, well intervention, or drilling operations.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and applicable field experience will be considered.
- Technical Competencies
- Strong understanding of workover rig operations.
- Understanding of pressure control equipment and well intervention hazards.
- Expertise in hazard identification and risk assessment.

- Provide day-to-day HSE leadership across workover, well intervention, and P&A operations.

- Verify appropriate controls are implemented prior to high-risk work.
- Conduct field inspections, audits, and behavioral observations.
