About the role

Responsibilities

  • Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
  • Much of what "good" looks like for AI-assisted creation hasn't been written yet, and you'll help define it, unlocking new ways for developers, partners, and creators to build for the web.
  • Make it all work as one. Sequence the work so the pieces reinforce each other, and build shared primitives once so they serve 1st-party and 3rd-party agents alike.
  • Define what "good" means for products that never behave the same way twice. Set the quality bar for agent experiences and build the evals, guardrails, and metrics that hold us to it.
  • You'll do this shoulder to shoulder with Engineering, Design, and Data.
  • Contribute heavily to the agent product strategy, then turn it into work that ships. You'll help shape where the area is headed and own the prioritization, tradeoffs, and the path to get there.
  • Ownership in what you help build.
  • Support for every stage of family life.

Requirements

  • BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
  • Have 5+ years of product management experience, with real depth in AI-powered systems.
  • Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility.

Nice to have

  • Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level.
