About the role

This role is responsible for the end-to-end growth foundation that enables efficient, measurable, and compliant user acquisition, cross-sell, and retention across web and app.
It requires strong technical fluency and deep domain expertise in the Marketing Technology landscape.
You will be the owner of the tech foundation that allows us to efficiently acquire, cross-sell, and retain users across web and app platforms.

Own end-to-end enablement of web growth strategy - from CMS, landing pages, and experimentation to web-to-app and deep-linking - while partnering with core product teams to streamline registration, onboarding, and the full paid media-to-app customer journey.
Make build vs buy decisions, including vendor selection, RFP process, and integration.
You'll build the systems that connect marketing investment to real member outcomes - helping Dave scale responsibly while delivering better, more relevant experiences.

5+ years of experience in MarTech and Product Management in a high-volume B2C technology-driven environment (fintech experience is a plus).
Technical curiosity and fluency
a Bachelor's degree in a technical field is a plus.

Drive rapid web experimentation by building and maintaining experimentation frameworks and infrastructure to test new growth hypotheses, from channel to creative to landing experiences.
