About the role
- As the Global Strategic Partner Manager, you'll lead Notion's highest-impact strategic partnerships and turn them into repeatable growth motions. You'll own partner strategy and executive-level execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and regional partner leaders.

Responsibilities
- Own strategic partner strategy and operating cadence for a portfolio of priority partners across cloud, infrastructure, and LLM providers
- Lead global planning and execution with key partners (e.g., co-sell, Marketplace, field alignment, partner marketing, executive engagement)
- Build and scale repeatable plays that regional teams can localize and execute
- Align internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Enablement, RevOps, and Partner Strategy & Ops
- Partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and opportunities created
- Field engagement (e.g., account mapping, Account Executive-to-Account Executive alignment) and partner program activation
- Partner Strategy & Operations and RevOps to define operating cadence, reporting, and attribution
- Product Ecosystem, Marketing, and Enablement to build partner narratives, demand generation programs, and talk tracks
- Regional partner and GTM leaders to localize plays and drive execution in-market
- You'll own partner strategy and executive-level execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and regional partner leaders.
Requirements
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
- 12+ years in strategic partnerships / alliances / BD / ecosystem roles in enterprise SaaS, cloud, or AI/data
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and partner GTM models (co-sell, marketplace, referral, etc.)
- Ability to operate across strategy and execution, and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Nice to have
- Experience with hyperscaler partnerships (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and marketplace programs
- International experience supporting regional GTM teams
- You don't need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work.
