About the role
- The responsibility of the CT Technologist includes empathetic and instructional approach to patient care, the preparation, operation of imaging, collection data using computers, necessary imaging devices and care of instrumentation.
- The CT technologist provides for the patient's physical safety and is cognizant of radiation safety at all times.
- The technologist must adhere to State Licensure scope of practice and medical staff approved protocols.
