About the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the UI/UX designer to ensure wireframes and prototypes accurately reflect detailed requirements before development begins
- Partner with globally distributed scrum teams in India and Poland to answer questions, resolve ambiguity, and maintain development momentum
- Maintain and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-organized, up to date, and accurately reflects current priorities
- You work directly with scrum teams across India and Poland to clarify requirements at the detail level, resolve ambiguity, and maintain alignment between what gets built and what was intended.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a product ownership or equivalent role
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex, ambiguous product requirements into well-defined, executable user stories
- Experience working directly with engineering teams, including clarifying requirements and supporting development through delivery
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across globally distributed teams and time zones

- Jira for backlog management and sprint planning

- Exceptionally good at their craft.
- Writing clear, well-structured user stories with meaningful acceptance criteria is not a chore for them - it is how they think
- Anticipate the questions engineers will ask before they are asked, and they close gaps before they become problems
- Disciplined collaborator
- Work closely with the Platform PM without needing everything spelled out, and they work closely with designers and engineering teams without losing the thread of what the product is trying to accomplish
