About the role
- We're hiring a Business Value Specialist to own and scale how Assort quantifies and communicates customer value across the entire customer journey.
- You'll partner with our largest prospective and existing customers, including health systems and leading provider groups, to build compelling ROI analyses and business cases that hold from the first conversation through renewal.
- You'll also build the methodology, tools, and enablement that champion a value-first culture across our go-to-market teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic deals & renewals
- Support Customer Success on business reviews and renewals with realized-value analyses
- Own the value methodology
- Own Assort's value methodology: metric definitions, baselines, and realized-value measurement across the customer lifecycle
- Create self-service value tools with Product Marketing, including calculators and specialty impact reports, that let reps quantify value on any deal
- Partner across Sales, CS, Product, Marketing, and Finance to embed value thinking into how we sell and serve
- Own the business value playbook end to end, then hire and lead the team as the function grows

Requirements
- 6-10 years in management consulting, value engineering, or strategic finance
- Structured thinker with exceptional communication skills and a high degree of agency
- You use AI aggressively in your daily work, as a real force multiplier on how much you can ship
