Responsibilities
- You'll oversee complex delivery portfolios that span PMIS, project controls, reporting, document management, ERP integration, BIM, GIS, analytics, and related digital capabilities across the capital project lifecycle.
- You'll own executive delivery governance across major engagements, including scope, commercial performance, financial results, quality, risk, resourcing, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
- You'll drive scalable delivery models, standards, methods, and quality practices that improve consistency, accelerate execution, and strengthen business value realization across client programs.
- You'll lead and develop senior delivery talent, including workforce planning, succession, coaching, performance management, and capability building for a high-performing organization.
- You'll partner with sales, account, and industry leadership to originate and shape opportunities, define solution and delivery strategies, support proposals, and expand Accenture's position in the I&CP owner market.
Compensation
- $250k-$350k
