About the role
- We're seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the technical design and implementation of Centric Planning solutions for some of North America's leading retailers.
- As the technical authority on customer implementations, you'll design scalable solution architectures, oversee integrations, mentor consultants, and work closely with Product Engineering, Solution Architects and customers to ensure successful deployments.
- This role combines technical leadership with hands-on architecture, integration design and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture for Centric Planning implementations
- Design scalable, secure and high-performing solution architectures
- Create and review technical design documentation and integration blueprints
- Partner with Product Engineering to resolve complex technical challenges
- Support software installation, configuration, upgrades and performance optimization
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery methodologies and technical standards
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in enterprise software implementation or solution architecture
- Experience designing enterprise system integrations using APIs and ETL technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics is desirable
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders
Nice to have
- Power BI experience is a plus
