About the role

  • The WHS Data team is hiring a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our cross-functional organization.
  • The person in this role will also proactively assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, navigate tradeoffs, and balance business needs against technical constraints.

Responsibilities

  • This TPM role will lead cross-organizational data workstreams for the WHS Organization.
  • As a Technical Program Manager at WHS Data, this role will partner closely with product, data engineering, and software development teams to drive data strategy implementation and execution.
  • The role requires collaboration with data engineering and business intelligence teams to deliver optimal solutions through efficient resource allocation and technology utilization.
  • The person in this role will create compelling business cases for project prioritization and investment decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 3+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience.
  • 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related quantitative field

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
  • USA, WA, Bellevue
