Responsibilities

  • Oversee technical deployment across AWS and Google Cloud environments, coordinating with cloud partners and internal engineering teams.
  • Develop and continuously improve scalable onboarding methodologies, playbooks, and tooling to support a growing world-wide customer base.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable U.S. and Canadian energy, data privacy, and building regulations throughout deployment.
  • Building Performance Optimization
  • Direct ongoing AI-driven optimization of customer buildings, ensuring the platform continuously delivers measurable improvements in energy efficiency, HVAC performance, and occupant comfort.
  • Deliver on peak shaving commitments and tangible energy savings.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data and AI to drive operational excellence and innovation in service delivery.
  • Serve as an executive escalation point for strategic customer relationships in Digital, building trust and confidence at all levels of the client organization.
  • Lead a team of over 100 highly experienced and talented professionals based in North America, Europe and India
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing operations organization, embedding AI-powered tools and workflows to maximize team productivity and insight.
