Requirements
- Approximately 10+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Demonstrated ability to run cases independently
- High degree of professionalism, responsiveness, and reliability

- Additional compensation flexibility for candidates with a portable book of business
- A lean, sophisticated litigation platform without large-firm bureaucracy
- The opportunity to take ownership of matters and play a central role in case strategy and client relationships
- A practice focused on substantive commercial disputes, not volume-driven litigation

Compensation
- Performance bonus: up to $40,000
- Additional compensation flexibility for candidates with a portable book of business
- Compensation will be adjusted accordingly based on portable revenue and overall fit.
- Base salary: $200,000
