About the role

  • Our specialist investment capabilities span multiple strategies across private equity, infrastructure and real assets, and private credit.

Responsibilities

  • Represent team and build rapport with partners and counterparties by attending GP/company board meetings, industry events, and other ad-hoc meetings
  • Support client and fundraising requests and participate in client and fundraising meetings
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced deal execution environment with the ability to perform well under pressure with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong problem solving, influencing and relationship building skills - ability to build relationships internally and externally with General Partners, clients, brokers, consultants, and management teams

Requirements

  • Prior knowledge and deal experience (2-4 years) in infrastructure & real assets, private equity, investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or related roles
  • Strong financial modelling skills, ability to understand financial statements, interpret and calculate key financial metrics
  • Ability to learn quickly, take initiative and handle a large amount of responsibility early on
  • Knowledge and Experience Required
  • You may be required to perform other job-related duties as reasonably requested by your manager.

Compensation

  • Actual base salary is determined by a range of factors including individual experience, skills and qualifications.
  • In addition to the above salary, Pantheon offers a generous employee benefits package and successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus
  • $120,000- $135,000
