Responsibilities
- Build & Execute Sourcing Strategies: Develop creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies across both technical and non-technical functions, continuously iterating based on data and market signals.
- Understand Hiring Needs: Partner with hiring managers across teams to develop accurate candidate profiles, map relevant talent markets, and prioritize pipeline efforts.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure pipeline quality, share market insights, and align sourcing efforts with broader talent strategy.
- Build & Maintain Sourcing Infrastructure: Select and integrate tools like Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Wrangle to enable a scalable, data-driven sourcing process.
- Breadth of Scope: Comfortable building pipelines for a wide range of profiles-engineers, product managers, salespeople, operators, and more.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success building high-quality pipelines, engaging hard-to-reach passive candidates, and supporting closures of top-tier talent.
- Self-Motivated & Adaptable: Thrives in ambiguity and fast-moving environments-able to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and focus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Skilled at crafting compelling outreach, articulating the Serval story, and building genuine relationships with candidates over time.

Requirements
- Sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment or B2B SaaS company, with demonstrated success sourcing across both technical and non-technical roles.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with engineering roles and tech stacks, with the ability to engage credibly with technical candidates and understand what makes them tick.
