About the role

100% outpatient primary care clinic setting seeing patients 18+
Monday - Friday schedule (extended hours possible)
With expertise in primary and specialty care, Nurse Practitioners play a vital role in improving health outcomes and enhancing the quality of life for patients.

Current Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse/ or Physician Assistant licensure in the State of Texas.
Board certification in the applicable specialty as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is preferred.
National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from an accredited certifying agency is required.
Master's degree in Nursing (for Nurse Practitioners) or completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program (for Physician Assistants) is required
Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) preferred for Nurse Practitioner candidates.
Two or more years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a physician practice, clinic, or hospital setting is required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Communicates effectively, speaking multiple languages is preferred.

Guaranteed base salary with annual bonus program
Updates patient charts and uploads to Electronic Health Record (EHR) software.
Refers patients to specialists if necessary and analyzes medical records and reports.
Examines patients, including discussing medical history and symptoms and performing physicals.
Dedicated Medical Assistant and additional clinic support team
The APP role involves providing advanced healthcare services, diagnosing illnesses, prescribing medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient-centered care.
