About the role

  • As a Technical Specialist, you will spearhead the development and management of our EHS consulting practice.
  • Grow the client base for EHS compliance services.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development: In conjunction with our Principals and Client Representatives, identify new business prospects, develop proposals, and engage in client presentations.
  • Initially, you will self-perform the work, but over time, you will direct project teams and allocate resources efficiently where you are guiding teams as the business grows.
  • We are a team of experts with individual specialties working together, driven to make a difference through people-focused problem solving, design and ideas.
  • We create places for communities of people that help solve a problem and drive them forward advancing the whole community today and well into the future.
  • Your deep understanding of regulations and assessment methods will help deliver quality consulting services and achieving sustainable results for our clients.

Requirements

  • An existing client network or sales experience is not required.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree relevant to the field of consulting.
  • For instance, environmental consulting requires a degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline.
  • 15+ years of environmental compliance, permitting, consulting, or industry experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of EHS regulations and Multimedia permitting and compliance.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license encouraged but not required.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
