The Bartender plays a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience by preparing and serving beverages with precision, consistency, and genuine hospitality.

Ability to stand for long periods of times without sitting or leaning.
Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels.
A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
Please note that this is a union position, and individuals in this role may be required to pay applicable union dues and fees.
Qualifications Must-Haves: A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
Six months to one year experience as a bartender.
Obtain and maintain an Alcohol Beverage Control card, and any applicable health certificates.

POS (point of sales) Software operating experience.
Upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude.
Ability to read write and understand basic instructions.
Knowledge of all bar equipment, Easy Bar System, ABC laws and regulations.
Able to handle situations that may arise due to intoxication.
Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol.
Customer service.
