About the role
- WorkRight is seeking a Business Analyst to join one of our successful technical teams.
- Candidates should have previous IT experience and be interested in working on some development projects and contributing to a busy but thriving Product Team.
- This role will primarily focus on assisting the front-line completion team with escalated inquiries, enhancing tools for the service team to resolve issues, and working alongside Product Managers to define and align product enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Designed for enterprise HR teams, it integrates with existing systems to provide real-time oversight, advanced reporting, analytics, and a full audit trail for peace of mind.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Intermediate experience/ proficiency in T-SQL
- Ability to prioritize and resolve a steady stream of work
