Responsibilities
- We exist to get patients faster, better access to life-saving therapies - and the relationships we build with our life sciences clients are how that happens.
- Our clients are biopharma companies running complex patient support programs for life-saving therapies, and the Engagement Manager is the person those clients call when it matters.
- In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of enterprise life sciences clients from implementation through ongoing growth - serving as the primary strategic partner for their Patient Services and Field Access programs.
- Drive client outcomes and expansion.
- Develop the people around you.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in SaaS delivery, customer success, account management, or strategic consulting
Nice to have
- Familiarity with data integrations at a high level (APIs, file feeds, data mapping) - no building required, but you can follow a conversation
- Comfortable using Excel or BI tools for program analysis
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream engagements for enterprise clients - ideally several in parallel
Compensation
- The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $130,000 - $165,000 + equity + benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
- Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, interview performance, and internal equity.
