Nice to have
- Is a licensed EA or CPA with 7 or more years of experience with public accounting, audit and tax
- Experience with the preparation of reviewed and compiled financial statements
- Experience managing Compilation, Review or Audit projects
- Experience with client interaction at CFO and Ownership levels.
- Professional proficiency with recognized tax, audit and accounting software systems (ideally CCH Engagement or Caseware)
- Is an excellent verbal and written communicator
- Demonstrated success with and interest in mentoring and leading growing teams
- Has earned a Bachelor's or Master's degree ideally in, or with a focus on, accounting
