About the role
- Lasko Products, a market leader in home comfort products for over 100 years, is looking to add a Customer Operations Specialist to the sales team in our West Chester, PA headquarters.
- Ensure that promotional pricing, tiered discounts, and contract-specific rates are updated accurately across all systems. - Monitor stock levels in real time.

Responsibilities
- Manage and audit master price lists. Ensure that promotional pricing, tiered discounts, and contract-specific rates are updated accurately across all systems.
- Maintain and build dashboards in Power BI to track KPIs, sales trends, and inventory turnover.
- Perform regular audits of ERP data to ensure accuracy for the sales department.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear updates for the sales team and external partners.
- Manage and audit master price lists.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Power BI (data visualization) and Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably QAD) and CRM platforms (Zendesk).
- You enjoy problem-solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
