About the role
- This role is responsible for defining and driving cloud architecture strategies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise cloud architectures aligned with organizational strategy and standards
- Develop and enforce cloud architecture frameworks, policies, and best practices
- Collaborate with business owners, analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to define application and data architecture
- Lead cloud adoption strategies and modernization initiatives
- Implement and integrate solutions across major Cloud Service Providers (CSPs)
- Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation strategies
- Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps best practices
Requirements
- Timesheets must be submitted for all work performed
Nice to have
- Terraform, Ansible
- Experience integrating applications with cloud-native services and APIs
- 7+ years of experience in cloud architecture, engineering, or related roles
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale cloud solutions
- Experience implementing secure and compliant cloud architectures
- Ability to align technical solutions with business needs
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience working in government or regulated environments is a plus
