Requirements
- Knowledge of patterns and techniques, including Burndown techniques, Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.
- Knowledge and facility with Agile tools, such as JIRA, which are used to capture user stories and track team progress.
- Ability to use and present data to tell a story to the team and leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent education/experience.
- Demonstrated servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Knowledge and developing awareness of applying game-oriented facilitation techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Nice to have
- Demonstrated expertise with Scrum and Agile practices
- proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Agile tooling (e.g., Jira) and delivery metrics
- fluency in backlog management and data‑driven improvement.
- Recognized Agile certification such as PSM I/II, CSM or SAFe SM (SSM)
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant‑leadership skills
- excellent communication with business and technical audiences
- Experience working within SAFe or similar scaling frameworks (e.g., Scrum@Scale, LeSS).
Compensation
- The Salary for this position generally ranges between $95,000 - $120,000 annually.
- Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs.
- Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
- Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.
