Responsibilities
- Field is a family-owned global supplier of fasteners, "C" commodities, inventory management services, and technical support.
- The position requires direct involvement with daily operations as well as participation in special projects in support of company growth objectives.
Requirements
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-based environment.
Skills
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Polite and professional manner.
- Minimum of two years work experience, preferably in a warehouse environment.
- Proven track record of results.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook knowledge and mathematical aptitude.
- Excel experience that includes working with spreadsheets and graphs is beneficial.
- Strong time management skills and attention to details.
- Highly motivated, well organized.
- Ability to work overtime as necessary.
- Prior leadership or project management skills.
- Experience in blueprint reading.
- Previous Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience.
Compensation
- Starting Hourly $17 - $18
