About the role
- Ability to address an audience of various sizes and effectively communicate his/her message and ideas.

- It does not exclude other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Enforces safety on job site and implements, enforces, and effectively manages Webcor's safety policy and procedures
- Manage and publish the project schedule on a regular basis.
- Manages all document control of RFI submittals, change orders, correspondence, permits, drawings, specs, and reports in a systematic and traceable manner.
- Maintains a delay log in conjunction with Construction Manager and inserts delays into the master schedule and send weekly notices to the owner.
- Develops and implements a QA/QC program and oversees execution of the Webcor Punch List Program.
Requirements
- This is a general statement of required major duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continuous basis.
- Advanced computer skills with the ability to use MS Office with proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Adobe and Visio.
- Minimum four years of construction or engineering experience to include three years as a Project Engineer.
Skills
- Working knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and accurate and decisive cost reporting, billing and forecasting.
- Familiarity with database information flow/costing software (CMIC).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software
- Working level knowledge of decision quality and use of sound judgement.
- Working level knowledge customer focus and the ability to work cohesively with many constituents.
- A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture) or equivalent experience.
- LEED AP and/or GA preferred.
- OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 preferred). If not already certified, Webcor will provide training.
Compensation
- Range of base pay is $133,000-$146,000.
