About the role
- Prospect and generate new business via cold calling, email outreach, networking, and follow-ups with architects, general contractors, developers, and property owners.
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and maintain a disciplined pipeline in CRM (create and update accurate records).
- Collaborate with operations, project management, and estimating teams to ensure scope, pricing, and scheduling align with company capacity.
- Maintain knowledge of market conditions, competitor pricing, and product/service offerings.
Requirements
- Strong ability to cold call and generate new prospects
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Prepare thorough, competitive estimates and proposals within required turnaround times.
Nice to have
- Formal estimating or construction-related training
- Existing relationships with local contractors, developers, or architects.
- Experience with construction takeoff software
- Monthly vehicle allowance.

Compensation
- $55,000.00/annually + 5% commission paid quarterly
