- Build repeatable "integration kits": reference architectures, Helm charts / deployment templates, sample apps, and automated test harnesses.
- Partner with product/engineering to turn customer friction into roadmap, and advocate for the highest-leverage fixes.
Requirements
- you know how to verify correctness, avoid hallucinations, and handle sensitive customer data safely.
Nice to have
- Comfortable with Linux, containers, and modern deployment patterns
- Kubernetes/on-prem experience is a big plus.
