About the role
- You will be highly visible on the shop floor, coaching leaders and operators, driving problem-solving, and turning ideas into practical improvements.
- A portfolio of highly engineered power transmission components and subsystems efficiently transmits motion to power industrial applications.
- Regal Rexnord is comprised of three operating segments: Industrial Powertrain Solutions, Power Efficiency Solutions, and Automation & Motion Control.
Responsibilities
- Build and implement daily management systems, standard work, visual controls, and accountability routines
- Lead shop-floor engagement-observe work, coach teams, and reinforce behaviors
- Facilitate improvement events to reduce waste, improve flow, and drive performance
- Partner cross-functionally (Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS, HR) to build scalable processes
- Develop problem-solving capability (root cause analysis, action planning, follow-through)
- Lead value stream mapping, process design, and continuous improvement roadmaps

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement
- Strong shop-floor presence and ability to coach all levels
- Knowledge of lean tools (VSM, 5S/6S, standard work, visual management, root cause analysis)
- Ability to translate strategy into daily execution
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or equivalent experience
- Experience with plant startups, transformations, or new line installations
- Familiarity with digital manufacturing tools, ERP/MES systems, or automation
- Experience in industrial, electrical, or discrete manufacturing environments
- Hands-on leader who thrives on the shop floor
- Strong facilitator across cross-functional teams
- Able to bring structure to a startup environment
- Practical and data-driven in implementing change
