About the role

  • Reporting to the Returns Supervisor, the Returns Administrator is responsible for managing product returns to the warehouse.
  • This includes identifying returning products, locating information in the system, and preparing and processing paperwork.

Responsibilities

  • Provide phone support to delivery teams when concealed damage on a product is encountered.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that workspaces, equipment, and common areas are kept tidy and free from clutter.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Compensation

  • Starting at $ 23.10 per hour
