About the role
- Reporting to the Returns Supervisor, the Returns Administrator is responsible for managing product returns to the warehouse.
- This includes identifying returning products, locating information in the system, and preparing and processing paperwork.

Responsibilities
- Provide phone support to delivery teams when concealed damage on a product is encountered.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that workspaces, equipment, and common areas are kept tidy and free from clutter.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Compensation
- Starting at $ 23.10 per hour
