KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following.
Provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.

Independently designs, develops, and tests electrical systems and components, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.
Conducts detailed calculations, simulations, and analysis to optimize system performance and efficiency.
Collaborates with other engineers and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions and resolve complex technical challenges.
Leads small-scale projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design processes and methodologies.
The Electrical Engineer II is responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components for various projects.
Analyzes and troubleshoots electrical issues, develops solutions, and contributes to the optimization of electrical designs.

Must possess appropriate level of certifications for this position as required by the contract.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.
