About the role
- This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy working with youth, leading physical activity, promoting positive behavior, and creating a safe, inclusive, and well-organized play and learning environment.
- You will be a front-line representative of UFIT on campus, helping improve student engagement, safety, and school culture through structured play, sports, and PE instruction.
Responsibilities
- Support students with transitions, regulation, and peer interactions
- Lead warm-ups, skill instruction, games, and cool-downs
- Manage equipment, class transitions, and student engagement
Requirements
- Experience working with children or youth (schools, camps, sports, afterschool, etc.)
- Must be able to pass:
- Complete required reports and logs accurately and on time
Nice to have
- Experience in K-12 school settings
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
