About the role

Responsibilities

  • The Physical Medicine Lead functions as a foundational source to evaluate, develop, implement, and maintain clinical standards and best practices for the physical medicine team.
  • Hires, coaches, and develops staff.
  • Reviews and approves care team's schedules to optimize utilization
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in an integrated clinical setting
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in program level management
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in program development

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Mac OS (Pages, KeyNote, and Numbers) and Google office products
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to serve as a trusted advisor to the client and leader to the team members during the implementation and operational phases of the project.
  • May require standing, walking and sitting for extended amounts of time.
  • Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Includes full range of body motion including potential of handling and lifting patients.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with patients and team members.

Compensation

  • The base pay range for this position is $113,226.00 to $147,194 per year.
