About the role
- This role is responsible for triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues across D365 F&O and integrated systems such as Lifecycle Services and Azure DevOps.
- Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to D365 F&O and integrated systems in a timely manner
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O), assisting end users with application issues, questions, and requests
- Support daily operational activities within D365 F&O, including monitoring system processes, batch jobs, and integrations
- Perform basic system configuration changes, master data maintenance, reporting, and support under established guidelines
- Document incidents, resolutions, and support procedures to maintain accurate system and audit records
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and business stakeholders to support continuous system improvement
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation to improve end-user experience
- The D365 Technical Analyst will manage user access, perform system configuration updates, support reporting activities, and ensure all processes adhere to established SOX compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical capacity in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O), or 3+ years of experience in an IT, application support, or technology-focused environment
- Experience supporting or working with ERP systems, preferably in Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations context
- Experience creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, and knowledge base articles
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and resolve issues effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Expertise in incident management, ticketing systems, and IT support processes
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive assigned tasks to completion with minimal supervision
- Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Operations
Nice to have
- Experience working in a SOX-controlled or regulated environment is preferred
- Experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry is a plus
Compensation
- The compensation band for this position is $77,400 - $116,000 annually.
