Responsibilities

- Aduro Advisors is seeking an experienced People Operations Business Partner to join our People Operations team.
- The role serves as a trusted and strategic advisor, coach, and change agent to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and expertise on people-related matters, to inform and support a tightly aligned business and talent strategy.
- Use data to identify needs, develop solutions and programs, and evaluate success.
Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a People Business Partner with substantial time spent managing performance situations and coaching new people leaders.
