About the role
- We have an opportunity for a talented & ambitious Sr.
- Engineer with Overhead (OH) Transmission Line experience to join us as our new Sr.
- In this role, you will play a pivotal role in establishing relationships that go beyond the realm of the project at hand.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Expertise with Power Line Systems software (PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE), MFAD and L-Pile is required.
- 10+ of progressive experience within overhead transmission line projects along with QA/QC is desired.
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) registration.
Nice to have
- Experience with PLS-TOWER is a plus.
Skills

- Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Increase the volume of overhead line work with existing clients.
- Assist in marketing, promotion and business development efforts to add new regional clients.
- Contribute to project planning, cost estimation and proposal preparation.
- Maintain organized records of project decisions and communications.
- Structure analysis and foundation design.
- Developing design criteria and specifications.
- Mentor junior staff.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $165,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Additional compensation may include restricted stock units, performance-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package covering medical, dental, PTO, 401(k), unlimited FTO (Flexible Time Off) and professional development opportunities.
