About the role

  • We have an opportunity for a talented & ambitious Sr.
  • Engineer with Overhead (OH) Transmission Line experience to join us as our new Sr.
  • In this role, you will play a pivotal role in establishing relationships that go beyond the realm of the project at hand.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
  • Expertise with Power Line Systems software (PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE), MFAD and L-Pile is required.
  • 10+ of progressive experience within overhead transmission line projects along with QA/QC is desired.
  • Professional Engineering (P.E.) registration.

Nice to have

  • Experience with PLS-TOWER is a plus.

Skills

  • Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Increase the volume of overhead line work with existing clients.
  • Assist in marketing, promotion and business development efforts to add new regional clients.
  • Contribute to project planning, cost estimation and proposal preparation.
  • Maintain organized records of project decisions and communications.
  • Structure analysis and foundation design.
  • Developing design criteria and specifications.
  • Mentor junior staff.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $165,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Additional compensation may include restricted stock units, performance-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package covering medical, dental, PTO, 401(k), unlimited FTO (Flexible Time Off) and professional development opportunities.
