About the role
- The Junior Pre-Litigation Attorney role is a structured, mentorship heavy training role designed for newly barred or 0- 2 year attorneys who want genuine work-life balance while learning personal-injury pre-litigation in a supportive team environment.
- This role will learn to assume full command of each case from the moment of acceptance, directing a meticulous intake process, leading comprehensive liability and damages investigations, curating optimal medical treatment pathways, crafting authoritative high value policy-limit demand packages, and executing sophisticated negotiations with insurance adjusters to extract maximum pre-suit recoveries and strategically position unresolved claims for litigation dominance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and delegate daily to assigned support staff.
Requirements
- With over 110 years of combined team experience, we've recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for clients through relentless, compassionate representation.
- Ability to learn effective negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Litify, or similar PI case-management software.
