About the role

This role ensures material availability, inventory accuracy, efficient warehouse operations, and on-time customer deliveries by coordinating activities across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address shortages, engineering changes, and capacity constraints.
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Program Management to ensure on-time delivery.

The Production Controller / Logistics Lead serves as the primary focal point for production scheduling, material readiness, inventory management, and logistics execution to support customer commitments and operational objectives.
Production Control Create and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.
Release and manage work orders to support production priorities.
Support revenue and shipment forecasts through accurate production planning.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate support of production requirements.
Manage inventory transactions and maintain ERP system accuracy.
Support cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
Maintain organized and efficient warehouse operations utilizing 5S principles.
Support handling requirements for serialized, controlled, ITAR, and customer-owned material.
Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in Production Control, Materials Planning, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Manufacturing.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
Strong understanding of production scheduling, inventory control, and logistics operations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Knowledge of ITAR, CUI, and government contracting requirements.
Experience with Sage X3, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
Due to the classified nature of our work, U.S. citizenship is required.
Candidates must be willing to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

Preferred Experience in Aerospace, Defense, Electronics Manufacturing, or High-Mix Low-Volume production environments.
