About the role
- This role provides relevant experience and expertise to the project.
- Provide relevant knowledge, experience, and expertise to Yellow Brick core team and clients.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specialty services/service lines and other industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Project Lead for all assigned projects, the Project Specialist II provides support to the Yellow Brick project team and assists with preparation and facilitation of key project activities.
- Facilitate and manage meetings and workgroups and contribute to the development of project deliverables.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
- Knowledge of Visio and Access.
- Ability to work effectively as a leader, team player, and independently.
- Ability to prioritize job duties, assignments, and deliverables in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 90% of the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent expertise and experience in the industry preferred.
- 3 or more years of industry experience preferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory agencies and industry standards such as AIA, ACHE, ASHE, TJC, CDPH, HCAi, CMS, and AAMI preferred.

Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $75.00 to $100.00 hourly.
