About the role

  • The Project Coordinator - Construction is responsible for supporting the successful execution of branch expansions, new location openings, relocations, and facility improvement projects across the organization.
  • This role serves as a key point of coordination among internal stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and leadership teams to help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards.
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication between Operations, Sales, IT, Finance, Facilities, and other cross-functional teams to support project execution.
  • Support operational readiness activities to help ensure new and relocated facilities are prepared for successful openings.
  • Maintain organized project files, records, and reporting to support consistency across multiple projects.
  • Support additional strategic initiatives and operational projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 50-70% based on project demands and business needs.
  • 2-4 years of project coordination, project administration, operations, construction, facilities, or related experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting branch expansions, retail openings, relocations, construction projects, or facility improvement initiatives.
  • Project Management certification (CAPM) or progress toward certification is a plus.
